How to prepare Spanish hot chocolate with this product:
1. Heat the milk and, when it is lukewarm, add the cocoa: two heaped tablespoons per cup (50g) for every 150 ml of milk.
2. Stir it while it simmers and, when it is about to boil, remove it from the heat.
3. Let it stand for a few minutes before serving. You can also keep it in the fridge and heat it up for breakfast.
