An exceptional arbequino that blends the delicate aromas of this variety with the strength and character of the lands of the south. A medium fruity of fresh olives, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed with the characteristic fruity notes of the arbequino; almond, apple and ripe banana stand out.

It is progressive on the palate, with a smooth and delicate entry, a very light bitterness and a slightly more noticeable presence of spiciness. It is harmonious and the aftertaste is almondy.
