We optimally pack perishable foods with vacuum sealing and temperature-controlled packaging containing 100% recyclable kraft paper thermal insulation and 100% recyclable non-toxic refrigerant gel packs, which will be added as needed depending on the product and month´s temperature, keeping the food items at the adequate cool temperature for up to 48 hours.

    Aire Sano´s 100% Duroc father's ham belongs to the Airesano Duroc product range, a benchmark in terms of quality and cured in its salt point. Thanks to its genetics, Aire Sano obtains a ham meat with great intramuscular infiltration, acquiring a unique flavour.

    Cured for a minimum of 12 months. High protein content.

    Until the vacuum sealed package is opened, we advice to keep it in the fridge as it will be preserved longer at constant temperature; but if you plan to consume it shortly, you could keep it outside the fridge without problem.

    Once the package is opened and partially consumed, we advise you to keep it in the fridge, inside a tupperware or any other recipient with no direct contact with the air, as it won't be overdried. You can also keep it in the sachet in which you received it, properly closed to avoid over-drying it.

    Ham should be consumed at room temperature, when it will have a lustrous appearance. When too cold, the fat will appear opaque.
