We optimally pack perishable foods with vacuum sealing and temperature-controlled packaging containing 100% recyclable kraft paper thermal insulation and 100% recyclable non-toxic refrigerant gel packs, which will be added as needed depending on the product and month´s temperature, keeping the food items at the adequate cool temperature for up to 48 hours.

    Muntanyola Vell Reserva old cured cheese is an artisan cheese made with pasteurised milk from their own goats in their herd. Long maturing. For collectors of emotions. Rich in nuances and flavours that take us back to the times when cheeses were kept for long days of work. The rind is flowery with the nuances of the cellar. It is a natural brushed rind, fine and smooth, which gives it personality and rusticity. It has a subtle aroma of mushrooms, reminiscent of the old farmhouse cellars. One of the most traditional cheeses of Catalonia.

    It is cured for a minimum of four months.  It is brittle. In the mouth we find tastes of dried fruits, dry and wet leaves, with a touch of sweetness due to its long curing process.
