Señorío de Montanera Ibérico salchichón is made with lean ham and shoulder trimmings and other carefully selected extra lean meat from 100% Ibérico acorn-fed organic pigs. The care and protection of organic livestock farming, based on 100% natural resources, helps to preserve the environment with sustainable resources.
Its elaboration is 100% natural, without additives or artificial preservatives; which entails much more exhaustive care and craftsmanship than traditional Iberian products.
When cut, the Ibérico salchichón has a very pronounced purplish-red colour, dotted with reddish white. In the mouth, it has a soft, meaty texture, the result of the mixture of ham and shoulder. Its flavour fills the palate with nuances, with hints of the natural spices used in its production, including black pepper and nutmeg.
Señorío de Montanera organic sausages do not contain preservatives or artificial additives and are labelled with the European Union's organic food seal.

Keep refrigerated, ideally between 0º C and 7º C.
Inedible casing, remove before eating.
Open the vacuum container for 15 minutes before consumption. After consumption, keep the remaining product in its original packaging at refrigerated conditions. When starting a new cut, remove the first slice.
The ideal consumption temperature is between 18 and 24 ºC.
