    Morcón Ibérico of acorn-fed pig Admiración, of exceptional quality, comes from pork meat whose preparation is similar to that of chorizo, although it has special characteristics that make it unique. The difference with the chorizo comes, above all, from its elaboration: the chorizo is elaborated with the small intestine and the Iberian morcón is elaborated with the large intestine.

    The morcón has lean meat, so it contains less appreciable fatty meat in its flavour and texture. It is a piece that brings personality and strength to the best dishes of Spanish haute cuisine.

    In addition to an ideal flavour and texture like that of the Admiración acorn-fed Iberian morcón Ibérico de bellota, a food must have vitamins and nutrients. In this case, the essential vitamins of these products are vitamin A and vitamin D.

    Store in a cool, ventilated place until ready to eat. It should be eaten at room temperature to obtain its full flavour and aroma.

    Use a cutting board and a suitable knife to obtain thin slices. The morcón slices are large, so we recommend cutting each one into three small pieces when presenting them.

    A key factor to enjoy this product with all the guarantees is to keep the sliced meat at a temperature of between 3º and 7º C. Before consumption, take it out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
